Suavecito X Sosa Metal Works

Cristian Sosa Riding The Suavecito Pomade Indian Boardtracker Motorcycle

About Sosa Metal Works

Cristian Sosa perfects his craft in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, NV at his private shop Sosa Metal Works. There he leads a small team as they craft and innovate as true patrons of industry. Up and coming as an expert custom designer and builder, his collaboration with Suavecito Pomade is a match made out of mutual respect.

Going out to car and motorcycle shows has become part of the fabric of Suavecito. We do it because we love it. We do it because you love it. While at the 2013 Lake Havasu Rockabilly Reunion, we ran into Cristian Sosa and his stable of custom bikes. Needless to say we were blown away by the craftsmenship and originality of his work. More importantly, we were honored enough to meet the man and his crew behind the work. These were bikes that were not just show pieces but road demons. They had driven these beauties from Vegas to show. This is the type of driven motivation that we look for in people.

Immediately we talked about doing a bike for Suavecito Pomade. Sosa seemed to dig what we were doing and we obviously felt the same for his work. Better still, we have the same backgrounds.

We wanted a bike that represented Suavecito Pomade the best. One that didn't have a design that was too loud because we are not about that. We leave that to other companies. Also, we wanted Sosa from the beginning to have almost free reign on the project. We wanted him to be a true artist in the sense that he makes his personal interpretation of our company in the form of a motorcycle.

This custom 1940 Indian Boardtracker is what was born out of this collaboration. A true artist and benefactor relationship that sprouts this amazing piece of art. Best of all, the beast hauls ass.

The bike has already made a short Las Vegas circuit and has gotten a lot of attention in 2 weeks. It will be making it's world debut this year at the 2013 Yokohama Mooneyes Hot Rod Custom Show.
